Second Industrial Revolution

The Second Industrial Revolution was a shift in the tone of the Industrial Revolution that took place from the mid-to-late 19th century to the mid-20th century.Unlike the first industrial revolution, which relied on textile manufacturing and steel, railways, coal, and steam engines, heavy and chemical industries, oil and electricity, internal combustion engines, and so on, the shift to mass production through scientificization of machinery and industry.
